110 guestrooms located in five separate buildings. The main historic building has classic New England charm, Coveside modern amenities, Galland House features rich pine paneled walls and Maine Cottage furniture and two private houses are ideal for families or small groups.

One King bed. Room includes historic and Maine Cottage furniture, floral wallpaper, hardwood floors, “simply dreamy beds” with organic cotton sheets. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, sharing a balcony in the main hotel. These rooms have operable windows to enjoy the ocean breezes.

Four bedroom house, two second floor bedrooms each with a king bed and private bath. First floor two bedrooms, connected by a private bathroom. One king bed and a twin bed. The house includes Maine Cottage furniture, kitchenette, flat panel TV’s, hardwood floors, hooked rugs, living room and sun porch. Renovated in 2019. There is a 7 person maximum and weekly rentals. Guests enjoy hotels daily breakfast and amenities. Must book directly with hotel.

Oceanside cottage with ocean views from most rooms, directly across the street from the beach. Three king bedrooms with private baths on the second floor. The house includes Maine Cottage furniture, kitchen, flat panel televisions, hardwood floors, hooked rugs, living room and dining area. Completely renovated in 2017. There is a 7 person maximum and weekly rental. Guests of house enjoy hotels daily breakfast and hotel amenities. Must be booked directly with hotel.

Cancellation Policy Reservations may be cancelled or modified seven days from arrival. Deposit are refunded less $25 processing fee.  If reservation is cancelled less than seven days deposit is non refundable.

Gift Certificates Available in any denomination and can be used for hotel stays, food and beverage.  If using a gift certificate for a room reservation please call the hotel directly.

Reservations can be made year round. During the winter reservations are open Monday through Friday 9-5pm.
